Software, hardware and network infrastructure are the spheres of solutions deployment. Their usage allows making quality of users servicing higher, reducing costs for information structure support and arranging management from the position of business aims and tasks.
Certification and Training
Softline is the first Ukrainian company which has been certified in accordance with the 3rd maturity level in the sphere of projects management according to IPMA 4-L-C(O) model. This level ensures more effective implementation of company’s projects.
Project Management Center (PMC) successfully functions in the company, the area of its responsibility is methodology, training, consultation concerning questions of project management.
Managers are regularly certified according to IPMA and PMI certification programs.
At present 35 project managers are working in the company, among them 23 managers are IPMA C level certified, 11 – IPMA D level certified, 1 – PMI program certified.
Test Center
Test center executes nearly full range of testing tasks at all levels of software life-cycle. The company possesses reach experience in testing of projects of any volume and complexity. Quality Assurance Service
Quality Assurance Service controls productive processes of the organization – software products development, services rendering. Worked out system of quality management is ISO 9001 (2000, 2003, 2008), CMM 3 (2005), CMMI 4 (2007) certified. It covers nearly all spheres of company’s activities and guarantees reliability, controllability and maturity of the company. Productive DB is created and successfully used in the company, it allows gathering and analyzing projects performance, using the best practices of projects implementation, which leads to clearness and rise of management effectiveness and high quality of program products and rendered services.
