On the 24th of November the seminar on “Integrated electronic docflow: experience of implementations” was held in the Head Department of Civil Service of Ukraine (HDCSU).

At the seminar  the systems implemented and really operating in state authorities of Ukraine were presented to the audience. While the seminar were discussed a lot of important issues, among them are: core principles of implementation of the electronic archives in Ukraine, and the technical aspects of integration of existing docflow systems and electronic archives, as well as the core phases of creation of electronic archives in Ukraine.

The subject of the held seminar attracted not only the employees of the State Committee on Archives of Ukraine, but also other state organizations among them were: the State employment service of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers` Secretariat, Head control and revision office of Ukraine, and other organizations.

But the demonstration of the operating in the  HDCSU electronic docflow System was the most interesting and highly discussed issue at the seminar. The aforementioned System was deployed by Softline Company.
